Here are the two payment options that are available to you:
1) If you would rather not submit your personal information over the web then you may send me a personal check or money order for the version of the ebook you want ($30.00 for the email version (don't forget to include your email address) or $40.00 for the printed, bound and mailed version of the ebook). 2) If you would rather pay online for the printed and bound version of the ebook and have it shipped to your location then click on the secure payment link below.
Once payment is received your printed version of the ebook will be mailed out the next business day and will arrive 2-4 business days after that (depending on where you live).
The payment processor that I have chosen to complete your transaction is Paypal but you don't need to be a member to use them. If you're a PayPal member then proceed as usual.
If you are not a PayPal member then look for the section on the page (in the middle) that says "If You Do Not Currently Have A PayPal Account CLICK HERE". You will be asked to input your full mailing address and then proceed to the checkout screen to submit your payment.
